Amritsar train accident: NewsX accesses 2 exclusive permission letter

NewsX has accessed 2 exclusive letters on permissions sought and recommendation given. In the first letter, the Dussehra committee had sought permission from the district commissioner of police in Amritsar to hold event at Joda phatak. In the second letter, despite knowing that 20000 people were expected the request for permission was forwarded by the DCP to the assistant sub inspector of the area.
