Clear skies, high concentration of fine dust

Hello, I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update. We had clear skies today, however, due to the smog coming in from China, the air quality isn't looking good. The fine dust concentration is expected to stay high in the central region and Chungcheongbuk-do Province all day today.
Most of the nation will be under the influence of a high-pressure front, giving us clear skies again tomorrow. Meanwhile, Beijing will have a wet afternoon and Tokyo will have a cloudy one.
Keep in mind our morning temperature is very low compared to our daytime,... Seoul beginning at 9 degrees Celsius, while Busan and Jeju are still in the teens,.... starting at 14 and 15 degrees respectively.
With a quick boost in the mercury,... Seoul and most of the places will rise to or near 20 degrees. However, there will be a wind chill as cold air blows in again.
For most places there won't be much difference in the weather this week,... but the east coast in Gangwon-do Province may get some rain through Thursday influenced by an easterly wind.
