Garlic soup

Ingredients:
10 garlic cloves
1 hard bread
4 eggs
8 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
6 cups water or chicken broth
Salt to taste
Black ground pepper to taste preparation: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 pax


Preparation:
Peel and slice the garlic cloves. Slice the bread in small pieces.
Heat a pot with oil over the stove. Add the garlic cloves, when they look golden brown, remove de garlic from the pot and save.
In the same pot, add the pieces of bread and stir to impregnate with the oil and let them brown.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the paprika, stir to integrate and add the water or chicken broth.
Put the pot over low heat, add the saved garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for 20 minutes.
Rise the heat to medium and the eggs one by one, stirring as you add them. Hen the egg white looks white and the yolk is cooked the soup is done. At medium heat it takes about 6 minutes.
Serve hot with a glass of red wine.
