Dharmendra Pradhan says states not complying with VAT cut doing disservice to their citizens. Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday said that the states that are not complying with Centre’s request to cut the VAT in petrol prices are doing disservice to the citizens of their state.
