Graham: 'There Was A Time I Thought' Trump 'Would Pick Judge Judy' For Supreme Court

Senator Lindsey Graham has indicated that, at one point, he worried that President Trump may try to send television personality Judge Judy to the Supreme Court.
In a recent Washington Post interview, the South Carolina lawmaker said of Trump's nomination of Brett Kavanaugh: "I'm glad he picked him. I swear to God, there was a time I thought he would pick Judge Judy."
Graham has been an outspoken supporter of Kavanaugh, telling Democrats Thursday, "What you want to do is destroy this guy's life, hold this seat, and hope you win in 2020."
The judge has faced multiple sexual assault allegations since his nomination.
Despite the controversy, CNN is reporting that Kavanaugh appears to have enough votes in the Senate to be confirmed to the Supreme Court.
