U.S. And Canada Reach New Deal To Salvage NAFTA

The US and Canada forged a last-gasp deal late on Sunday (September 30) to replace NAFTA as a trilateral pact with Mexico. The $1.2tn deal was about to collapse after nearly a quarter century after President Donald Trump threatened to walk away from the pact after negotiations with Canada strained relations between the countries.
