According to a report by Newser, a male massage therapist is suing Kevin Spacey for alleged sexual battery, and the case could have criminal implications for the already disgraced actor. Deadline originally reported that the lawsuit alleges that Spacey forced the masseur to touch the actor's genitals, tried to force a kiss, and even prevented the masseur from exiting the room "with his naked body.
