Major cash crunch hits the Bengaluru's civic body BBMP

Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's pre poll bonanza and current Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy's farm loan waiver has brought Bengaluru's civic body BBMP to its knees. A major cash crunch has hit the civic body. The BBMP now has a debt of over 700 crore peace and it needs to pay its contractors a fifteen thousand four hundred and twenty-eight crore for the last two years alone.
