California Jury Finds Pipeline Company Guilty For Oil Spill

According to Reuters, a Houston-based oil company has been found guilty on criminal charges for a spill along the California coast.
A California jury convicted Plains All American Pipeline for fouling state waters and harming wildlife in a major oil spill along the shore near near Santa Barbara.
The verdict ends the state’s efforts to hold Plains All American criminally responsible for the spill, which occurred three years ago.
