Prime Minister Theresa May has told MPs in the Commons how evidence obtained by security and intelligence agencies established the poisoning "was not a rogue operation" and was "almost certainly also approved outside the GRU at a senior level of the Russian state". It was earlier announced there is sufficient evidence to charge the Russian nationals with offences including conspiracy to murder. The suspects have been named as Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov. Report by Benaribiam. Like us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/itn and follow us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/itn
