2nd major Kolkata Bridge Collapse; who'll pay for lost lives? - 8 Tonight

A 40 year old bridge has collapsed in the South Kolkata's Majerhat. This happened in the evening today. Several cars and a bus could be seen trapped in the debris. The police and NDRF have started the rescue operations. Meanwhile the hospital detachment of the army has also been sent to aid in the rescue operations.
