In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make the perfect grilled cheese sandwich. Mmm, yummy, I love me some grilled cheese! I had a request to make this sandwich, which was perfect because I was so in the mood for one, well let's be honest, when am I not in the mood for grilled cheese sandwiches....haha. Ingredients:
Bread (use your favorite kind of bread)
Cheese (simple, use your favorite kind of cheese, I LOVE mild cheddar, but sometimes do a mix of cheddar and jack or mozzarella.)
Butter (love me some butter. But you can use a fake butter if you want. :))
