కేంద్రమంత్రి కేజే అల్ఫోన్స్ గురువారం నరేంద్ర మోడీ ప్రభుత్వానికి ఓ విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. యూఏఈ (యునైటెడ్ అరబిక్ ఎమిరేట్స్) కేరళకు రూ.700 కోట్లను ఇస్తామని చెప్పిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. దీనిని కేంద్రం తిరస్కరించింది. గతంలో మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ ప్రభుత్వం కూడా విదేశాల నుంచి విరాళాలకు నో చెప్పింది.
