Rahul Gandhi draws ISIS analogy in Germany, says unemployment lead to rise ISIS; sense or nosense?

Let's give a chance to hear out Rahul Gandhi and what he had to say in Germany. He's free to speak his mind as an individual, the question is, does what he say resonate with you, does it make sense to you? If it does, is he then your choice to lead India, if it doesn't, where is he missing the point?
