The Conference Board of Canada reported that the economy of the Ottawa-Gatineau county is at its weakest growth in 12 years.
The board predicted on Monday that even with consumer spending, job growths, and a housing market encompassed with potential sells, the county can expect to see a slowdown in technology and construction means… and that the county can expect to see just a 1.8 percent growth, down from last years 2.5 per cent.
According to the report, 675,100 jobs were created in August, up 9,800 jobs since January.
The conference Board said regional manufacturing will continue to drop across Eastern Canada.
