Paramedics treat cyclists outside Parliament after car ploughs into barriers

Emergency services treat cyclists lying on the road after a car ploughed into security barriers at the Houses of Parliament this morning.

Footage filmed moments after the accident shows paramedics treating cyclists who had reportedly been hit by the vehicle.

Police swooped on the area and brought the driver into custody.

The Metropolitan police later declared the incident as terror-related.
