If we lived in a true capitalist society, we would not be facing such poor customer service and even worse products. Large companies -- from utilities to social media "platforms" -- do not provide good (if any) customer service because they don't have to. Imagine owing a company that is so poorly managed and offers so little to any remaining customers that the only way it can continue to survive is to be propped up by government and actively work to BAN their competitors. How does anyone take them seriuosly?
