Indonesia is shook up by more natural disasters.
Powerful aftershocks struck the island of Lombok.
This comes as the country is reeling from the devastating impact of two earthquakes.
Kan Hyeong-woo has the latest.
A strong aftershock hit Indonesia's Lombok island on Thursday... four days after it was struck by a deadly quake of magnitude 6-point-9.

Indonesia's geological agency said the latest big tremor had a magnitude of 6-point-2 and occured at a depth of 12 kilometers. It struck northwest of Lombok, which is close to Bali, but the agency said it would not cause a tsunami.

The aftershock was the third big earthquake to hit Lombok in less than two weeks,... causing buildings to collapse and destroying homes.

The damage from the three consecutive quakes is apparently severe, with almost 15-hundred injured and more than 150-thousand displaced.
The death toll is unclear but still climbing.

According to Indonesia's national disaster agency, the death toll from Sunday's earthquake stood at 131 as of Wednesday, but local media are reporting figures as high as 381. Another 16 are known to have died in the first quake late last month.

The buildings still standing have been weakened,... and the authorities say the number of dead and injured is likely to increase as rescue efforts continue.
