SANA Sujala Dhara - from toilet to tap
The water resources of the world are depleting at an alarming rate. As a part of the green revolution great efforts are being made to fulfill the ever-increasing demand for potable water through alternative means such as rain-water harvesting.

Recycling water from toilet to tap is another such route to saving water. Many households in the west are recycling waste water, recovered from daily household usage like laundry and bathing. The water thus collected is then used for purposes such as washing cars or watering gardens. Rainwater and sewage water are also used to replenish ground water, which may be further used for irrigational purposes.
