After taking a quick look behind the scenes of PIGALLE's Spring/Summer 2014 show at Paris Fashion Week, now we take an in-depth tour backstage of the revolutionary vision of Stephane Ashpool's cult favorite label. The most interesting thing about PIGALLE is its dedication to a hip-hop clique mentality, owing itself to Ashpool's own roots in inner city Paris. Not unlike the way a gang breeds a kind of street fraternity with its own unique fashion standards, PIGALLE is the designer's extension of his 'us against them' attitude, going against the grain to produce ultimately wearable collections -- time after time. Our man Santiago Arbelaez went behind the scenes to speak with the models, influencers, and designers that compose the PIGALLE family, coming back with the above piece.
