The Manhattan, retains a modicum of popularity, and is even made pretty much the same way it was back in the late 1800's when it first came onto the scene. Most notably, it is one of the few cocktails which you can still expect to be made with bitters. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
