Prime Minister Peter O'Neill clarified that the hosting of APEC Summit in the country this year is very cheap compared to previous hosts.
He added that the Government hasn't spent billions in the preparation of the APEC Summit but has worked in partnership with partner governments to build some of the infrastructure.
