This is the heartwarming moment a group of friends band together to help their disabled pals on crutches reach the top of a mountain in Indonesia.

The footage, captured in Seesan mountain in northern Toraja, shows one-legged Agus and Iwan walking up a mountain using a crutch accompanied by friends who give them a hand when needed.

In an interview, Agus Salim says he has fought to overcome all the limits in the way since he lost his leg 20 years ago and stresses the importance of changing people’s perceptions on disabilities in the working environment.

He and his friend Iwan wanted to climb the mountain to demonstrate that the only limits are in the mind - and they succeeded.
