Polish firefighters receive warm welcome from Swedish counterparts

Polish firefighters joining an EU task force to battle wildfires in Sweden received a heartwarming welcome from their local counterparts.
Footage filmed on June 21 shows a group of Swedish firefighters on a motorway bridge near Norrkoping waving as the large Polish convoy honks their horns.
Firefighters from Poland join countries such as Italy, France, Germany, Norway and Lithuania that are lending a hand to deal with devastating blazes.
Up to 40 fires are believed to be burning across Sweden as record-high temperatures and little rainfall scorch much of northern Europe.
