734 మంది యువతీయువకులు 'ఖేలో ఇండియా టాలెంట్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ స్కీమ్' స్కాలర్‌షిప్ ప్రోగ్రామ్‌కు స్పోర్ట్స్ అథారిటీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా(ఎస్ఏఐ) ఎంపిక చేసింది. ఈ మేరకు వివిధ క్రీడల్లో ప్రతిభావంతులను కమిటీ ఎంపిక చేసింది. అర్జున అవార్డ్ గ్రహీతలు, ద్రోణాచార్య అవార్డు గ్రహీతలు అయిన వివిధ క్రీడా నిపుణులతో ఏర్పడిన కమిటీ మొత్తం 734 మందిని ఎంపిక చేసి వారి జాబితాను హై పవర్ కమిటీకి అందజేసింది. ఆ కమిటీ కూడా తమ ఆమోద ముద్ర వేసింది.

A total of 734 youngsters were shortlisted for scholarship under the Khelo India Talent Development Scheme.The scheme is a unique programme to nurture sporting talent.Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore said transformational changes have been introduced into Indian sports.
