Mercedes-Benz Italia and Sony Interactive Entertainment together on the tracks of the GT Sport e-Cup by Mercedes-Benz. On July 22nd the supercars of the GT Sport e-Cup by Mercedes-Benz, the first Italian eSport tournament dedicated to Gran Turismo Sport, will take to the track. A new, compelling challenge, launched by Sony Interactive Entertainment Italia in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Italia, featuring a true icon of virtual motorsport, the most advanced and engaging driving simulator in the videogaming panorama. The GT Sport e-Cup by Mercedes-Benz will be divided into two phases: qualifying and final. During the qualifying stages, the participants will compete during the events, online and live, of the One Day Cup and the Monza GP, with a further possibility to access the final through the Last Chance Qualifier. The best twelve players will compete for the final on October 7 at the ESL Arena at Milan Games Week 2018 (Fiera Milano Rho). The participation in the GT Sport e-Cup by Mercedes-Benz is completely free and a prize pool of over eleven thousand euros is at stake.
