In some Season 5 episodes (one of them being "I Know Why No Rhino", available here on googergeiger's account), Greg also played his dad, Gus Lee. In Season 4, he played Water Cronkite. There's an episode here as well (I forget the title) featuring that character.

Did Greg play more then three characters on the show. I remember Acme Man, Home Spending guy and Phil the Barber. Is that correct??
