The all-new Peugeot 308 THP arrived

The much anticipated award-winning car, the all-new Peugeot 308, has finally arrived in Malaysia.
It is a totally new built car with many strong features. Some of its key specs are: 1.6-litre twin scroll high-pressure turbo engine, 150hp and 240Nm of torque, boasts a top speed of 211km/h and 6.5 litres per 100km, Carbon emissions is 150g per km, plus super efficient Aisin AT6 automatic transmission with quick shift technology for smoother and faster gear changes.
Other interesting features include Peugeot’s i-Cockpit, a Driver Assistance Pack consisting of the Dynamic Cruise Control, Emergency Collision Alert system and Emergency Collision Braking, the 9.7-inch high definition multifunction touchscreen, the high-fidelity Arkamys sound staging with full digital connectivity and 6 speakers, keyless entry, automatic electric parking brake and hill start assist.
The 308 got a Euro NCAP 5-star rating for safety and also won the Car of the Year award at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show for its technologies advances, great performance and handling.
Nasim Sdn Bhd, the official distributor for Peugeot Automobiles in Malaysia, is confident this model will get good sales performance, as they are targeting to sell 6,000 units of the 308 cars in Malaysia this year.
“Because of its many strong features as well as its many firsts in its segments, we believe that the new 308 will be a car packed with value for its money,” said Nasim chief operating officer Datuk Samson Anand George.
Peugeot 308 is priced at RM 132, 888 including insurance and GSt. It is available now for booking at all Peugeot dealers in Malaysia.
