Prince Louis' Christening Brings out the Royals The Christening took place at the Chapel Royal in St. James' Palace. Prince William and his wife, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, were, of course, present for the ceremony. Guests included Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. Also attending were Prince Harry and his new wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Philip did not attend. Kensington Palace noted that the reason was not health-related. The event marked the first time the family has appeared in public together since Louis' birth.
