Departing ZTE Exec Says He Feels 'Deep Humiliation' In Farewell Letter

According to a report by Reuters, a departing senior executive at China's ZTE Corp said in a letter to employees on Friday that his departure amid a Sino-US trade war was 'deeply humiliating.' Zhang Zhenhui was just one of many executives at China's number two telecommunications equipment maker ordered to resign as part of a 1.4 billion dollar settlement deal made with the United States in June.
