This is the shocking moment a crazed pedestrian launches an unprovoked attack on a passing moped - punching a six-year-old girl in the face. Julia Rhaine Solano was standing in the footwell of the bike in front of her father Jr Solano as they travelled down a road in Cavite, Philippines on July 1. But John Carlo Lungay leapt from the pavement towards them and unleashed a powerful right hook which struck little Julia in the face. She fell to the ground as Jr toppled off the bike. As the disorientated pair stood at the roadside, Lungay is then seen on CCTV repeatedly punching them.
