Deliver for Delhi Services department refuses Delhi govt decision on transfers

A day after SC verdict, services dept says the Apex court was not clear on whether appointments of bureaucrats comes under the Delhi govt. Manish Sisodia had said after the verdict yesterday that now the Delhi govt could take decisions on transfers and postings on its own.
