Belgium is in the World Cup Quarterfinals after a stunning 3-2 win over Japan on Monday. They are the first team to rally from two goals down to win a World Cup knockout match since 1970. The game-winning goal was scored by Nacer Chadli with just seconds left in regulation. All five goals in the game were scored in the second half.
