Six-year-old Oliver became ‘Officer Oliver’ for a day. Dressed in his police costume, he went on an important mission: to make people happy.The kind boy loves to make people smile and what better way to do so than with flowers and hugs. With help from his mom Brandi, Oliver surprised the residents at nursing homes in Leawood, Kansas.He rode in on his miniature motorcycle and handed out roses and hugs to everyone.
