1991 Tracker (Navy S.E.A.L.) G.I. Joe review

This is a review of the third Navy SEAL to join the GI Joe ranks: Tracker. This sailor is outfitted for silent water crossings with his real inflatable raft! As cool as that sounds, he is hampered with bright colors (hello mid-1991 wave) and a sports-themed outfit for no reason. Still, he's pretty popular but I'm not sure why.
