THE SECRET OF THE PISTOLET
The secret of the Pistolet, or better still, the secrets of the Pistolet! A good Pistolet is light, airy and delicate inside. But on the outside, there is the crust, and it is this contrast that is typical of the Pistolet.
The Pistolet is an ephemeral delight, a carnal pleasure before it is a gustatory one, with its contrast between crunchiness and softness, its delicate flavour that brings out the gourmet fillings it enfolds – producing a true Pistolet is quite a challenge.
Our artisan baker, Yves Guns, supplies us to ensure that each Pistolet Original is a perfect experience.
