Son of Congress corporator stabs woman; case lodged in connection with incident

The son of a Congress corporator allegedly stabbed his girlfriend in Davanagere on Wednesday. The victim is admitted to the hospital and is undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, a case has been lodged with the police in connection with the incident. The accused has been identified as Rakesh, son of Congress corporator Lingaraju. He reportedly attacked his girlfriend at KTJ Nagar police station limits.
