Several areas of northwestern France were on orange flood alerts on June 4 as storms were expected. Two month’s worth of rain fell in Morlaix and some surrounding areas the day before, Le Parisien said.This video was shot near Sainte Seve, outside Morlaix, and shows a torrent of floodwater sweeping away a car, and undermining a railway line.
