Woman bakes fidget spinner cake

Lisa Pearson, 47, baked the sponge spinner as a treat for her nephews who are obsessed with the playground must-have. The cake has a 12-inch diameter, flashing lights, and like the real toys, has to be manually spun. She said: "Obviously, it's a trend that the kids are into, I don't know how long for. I've got nephews that are into this and thought 'why not try and make a cake?' "I've seen a few other people make one of these, some haven't made it spin but I know with kids, they are going to be my worst critic if it isn't right.
