Police have released an audio clip of the moment a timewaster dialled 999 - to complain his SNAPCHAT wasn't working. West Midlands Police shamed the nuisance caller by releasing the phone conversation made in the early hours of yesterday morning (Thurs). During the 34-second clip the man can be heard complaining about the social networking app with the emergency call operator.
