Two-bed cottage with HUGE cave conversion put on market for just £200K
  • 5 years ago
A real life hobbit house which opens into a huge CAVE with a grand vaulted ceiling has been put up for sale for just £200,000. Number 30 Railway Street looks like any other modest mid-terrace home from the outside. But inside it has the properties of Dr Who's Tardis thanks to eccentric artist Anthony Dracup. He spent a lifetime leaving a personal stamp on the homes he lived in and number 30 is no exception. At the back of the property, in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, was a sandstone cave which Mr Dracup decided to integrate into his home.
