Starting for season-8, Grammy-nominated songwriter Kara DioGuardi will be dishing her expert opinion alongside Simon, Paula and Randy. The president of alternative programming at Fox said there will be more girl-power on the panel starting when the newest A-I season premieres in January. The newest class of celebs to be entering this next season of Dancing With The Stars was announced Monday. Gaining a spot in season-7 of the popular ABC hit, include Soap-Opera star Susan Lucci, ‘N Sync Lance Bass, Grammy-winner Tony Braxton, actress/model Kim Kardashian as well as Olympic gold medalists Misty May-Treanor and Maurice Greene. Other star-sightings include model Brooke Burke, chef Rocco DiSpirito, comedian Jeff Ross, actor Ted McGinley and former NFL star Warren Sapp. Rounding out the 13-openings for Hollywood dancers include the oldest and youngest in DWTS history. 82-year old Oscar-winner Cloris Leachman and 18-year-old Disney actor Cody Linley also made the cut. Dancing With The Stars premieres September 22nd. And even though Paris Hilton just wrapped her LA version of ‘My New BFF,’ the socialite is reportedly globetrotting to find a British wannabe BFF. Hilton reportedly wrote on her blog that she can’t bring all of her friends with her everywhere, so she’d like to find a bff across the pond.
