Dear Bungie: Hand Cannons Suck (Beta)

Hand Cannons are my favorite gun. But when you compare the average hand cannon with the average auto/scout/pulse rifle you realize just how underwhelming the Hand Cannon is. Cant you just buff the hand cannon a little?\r
