Even if president Edgar Lungu’s properties in Swaziland and Dubai were given as ‘gifts’, they are public property and should have been declared and handed over to the treasury, says Nason Msoni.

Msoni says if Lungu converted property given to the Zambian people through the presidency, he committed an impeachable offence.
