Michele is currently prepping for her nine-stop tour with Glee co-star Darren Criss.
Reich, who is the president of clothing company AYR, proposed to Michele with a massive four-carat ring while they were vacationing in the Hamptons.
The couple dated for just under a year before getting engaged.
