Owner of Champions Training Center in Savanaha Georgia, Muhsin Corbbrey headed to Phuket Thailand to jump start his training camp in preparation for a June 14th 2008 fight broadcasted on the Showtime network against 10x UFC vet Nick Diaz.

Spending 4 weeks at the Tiger Muay Thai training facility, Muhsin got a chance to work along side several Muay Thai World Champions. Cross training his grappling with BJJ specialist Ray Elbe, Muhsin was well prepared for his fight.

After Muhsin spent 12 weeks in "training camp" PRIDE FC veteran Nick Diaz missed the contracted weight by 9lbs (4 Kilos), putting Muhsin into a difficult position.

Accepting the fight despite the weight difference Muhsin suffered a competitive 3rd round TKO loss. Despite the difficult fight Muhsin displayed great Muay Thai techniques and showcased why he is one of the rising stars in the Elite XC organization.
