Homemade Tofu Pudding (Tofu Fa)- 簡單豆腐花製法\r
Makes 8 bowls\r

Ingredients:\r
6 oz. soybeans \r
6 cups of water\r
1 tablespoon of cornstarch\r
2 teaspoons of gypsum powder\r

Ingredients for syrup:\r
1 cup of water\r
10 oz. of sugar\r
\r
Remarks:\r
You need about 2.5 to 3 cups of water to soak the soybeans for 5-6 hours. After the soybeans are hydrated, you can discard the water\r
