Ingredients:\r
1 1/2 lbs chicken livers\r
1 cup milk\r
4 Tbsp butter\r
8 small shallots\r
4 garlic cloves\r
3 Tbsp Madeira wine\r
2 Tbsp half and half (1 Tbsp cream + 1 Tbsp whole milk)\r
3/4 tsp salt\r
1/8 tsp nutmeg\r
1/4 tsp ground black pepper\r
6 sprigs fresh tarragon\r
6 springs fresh thyme\r

Yields: 2 mini loaves, approximately 3 1/2 X 6\r
