MID CITY - A vehicle overturned fatally injuring one victim. A child was transported with unknown injuries, what caused the vehicle to crash is unknown at this time. A Good Samaritan heard the crash and ran out to find the toddler still in the vehicle. The good Sam climbed in the car and rescued the child. All lanes of Washington are blocked during the investigation between Redondo & Cochran. Reports from LAPD this is a possible K injury. Confirmed, the mother died at the scene.
