Hogan would be the first to tell you that he's not a great wrestler. Those punches, kicks, hulks up and othter moves works because the crowd marks for every move and loves it, so why do something different? It's not like he's working Budokan Hall in Japan or anything. If it works, go with it. besides, it's not like it's really about the moves anyways as it's just entertainment.
Hogan just like Kamala a terrible wrestler but a great entertainer. Hogan = punches, elbow drops (*2,) then a stop on the face. punches in the corner (bout 4) then bites the head. Scoop Slam, Hulks up, points, 3/4 punches big boot of ropes leg drop 1,2,3 Hogan wins (lol) :) thats mostly Hogan's moves.
Hogan has had good matches, but then it would depend on your definition of a good match. If you are a big fan of flashy moves and chain wrestling, then you probably wouldn't like his style.
this was a good match considering hogan was in it, but the thing is that sting had a way of making both people look good, but hogan made sting look weak IMO when he was/is the true icon of wrestling.
